DT Stempelglede/DT Maja Design #2:)

Men i blått i dag.
Her er blå roser i ulike størrelser.
{Du kan også finne kortet mitt i Stempelglede sin Design Team Blogg og i Maja Design sitt inspirasjonsgalleri}
Tusen takk for at du besøker bloggen min!:)

DT Stempelglede/DT Maja Design....:)

Camilla's top 10 2010

It is not easy to make a Top ten list of my own cards!! I did this challenge last year aswell, and it is not any easier this year.
This year I got an invite on Facebook to do it. It is a kind of blog hop, where we all link back to this post by Suzi. Anyone is welcome to join!
I have twisted it a bit, because so many extraordinary things with crafting and cardmaking have happend to me this year, so I will also sum that up.
All together I had about 25 favourits this year, but I narrowed it down to 10 projects as I should do. I am still not sure if I have picked the ten "best"...
***
~1~
First up is a card I made for the Norwegian magazine "Ett Trykk". I was asked to be their Guest Artist for April this year. To be a guest artist in this magazine was something I thought only "Superstars" in cardmaking/scrapping could be, and you can guess I felt shocked and completely lost my breath for a moment when I got THAT e-mail. I felt so honoured!
This easel card got the cover as you can see further down:) (Where I have borrowed some photos from Ett Trykk)
I have masked together three images from Whiff of Joy.

~2~
I have also choosed two more projects that I made for the magazine in my "Top 10"-list. I still have them all at home. I can't see myself to give them away just yet:)
This card under is with Tilda from Magnolia on the front.
Here is the inside of the card. The papers are from Maja Design. I have made a criss cross envelope, and used some of Magnolia's minis.

~3~
Here is a candy/chocolate-box that I made for the Magazine Ett Trykk.
It is also with stamps from Magnolia. And I have put a card on the box as you can see breefly on the photos.

~4~
Here is the Easter-card that I choosed to be my favourite card for 2010. I really love the pop-up effect, and the colours. This Tilda is also one of my most used images this year.
***
Now to another happening:)
This summer I got one of my cards on the cover of Magnolia Ink. This magazine is made by Magnolia, and as a DT member most of my DT-work is to make cards and other projects for the magazine. In the beginning we were allowed to show the cards we made for the magazine in our blogs. But for the magazine to be more exciteing, our cards for Magnolia Ink is now only in the magazine.
But since you all have seen this card on the cover I will show you some of my photos of it under the magazine here:)

~5~
Mermaid Tilda is also from Magnolia, and she is just fantastic! I made this card for a friend of mine.
~6~
This baby-card got really popular, I had to make some more of them (with other names ofcourse:)) It fits so nicely babtism cards, or cards for newborns. The image from Magnolia is actually a girl, but is nice for boys aswell. I made this card also to a friend of mine. She gave birth to Albert this summer. And she actually framed this card and hanged it in his room:) What an honour! She sent me a photo of it, and you can see it under the card:)

This summer I got some emails from BA-Timbroscrapmania. She invited me to have a workshop in Rome! This was both exciting but challenging. But what an adventure!!:) I travelled together with my mother. And BA was the most heartwarming and beautiful person, so this could not have been any better:) And not forget all the amazing ladies I met in the workshops!!
Before the trip I also had a day in Bergen, Hobbykroken, where I teached colouring with Distress Ink. This was the first time I held a "real" course.
Here are me and the lovely ladies from Sardinia!
And here are the DT Timbroscrapmania: Barbara, Gio and Lina.
~7~
Here is a card I made for Stempelglede, using the new Vintage Garden stamps. I made this card for my mother's birthday.
~8~
Here is the set I made for the Magnolia Advent Blog Hop. And it is still going on:) I had choosed the Santa Lucia Day, Dec 13th. And made a card with a matching book-box. It was the first time I made this box, but I will certanly make some more. I think they will be great for Confirmand cards/boxes.
~9~
My next card is a Sarah Kay card. I really like this image, and felt that it harmonized well together with the flowers made with Stempelglede stamps and Retro Flower punches. The lovely papers are from Maja Design.
~10~
My last project is this wedding cake I made for Magnolia Ink. I can see from photos from the Magnolia shop that it still stands in the shop:)
I made two round boxes, which you can open and put a wedding gift inside.

Another big happening was when I was asked to be in the DT for the paper company Maja Design this fall. Because of many reasons I had to held this as a secret for a long time, and that was not easy!!:) I am so proud to be able to represent Maja Design together with four talented ladies. And I think Marie is looking for some more DT-members also;))
***
Another news that I can share with you is that I will be making cards for the wonderful challenge blog Magnolia Down Under Challenges in 2011.
I was their guest DT from October-December 2010, but will continue in 2011 aswell! I am so greateful for this!

As you might know my husband has opened up a web shop called Hjerteboden. This is so much fun, and really exciting. It is still a small shop, but when time goes, he hope to get more costomers and more goods. In January he is expecting many new goods. One of them is a Stamp-collection that is new in Norway, and which I think is just gorgeous. So please follow him on his blog, and see what happens:)
***
As you can see this has been an exciting year for me!
I am really grateful for everything that has happened. And I also have to thank all my followers, I can see that you are soon 1000!! It is amazing! Thank you so much! And thank you to all who leaves me such lovely and supporting comments. It makes my day! And also thank you for visiting my blog.
I am also so thankful to Magnolia-Barbro, Carl, Pauline, Åsa and the others, Stempelglede-Gunhild, Maja Design-Marie and MDUC for having me in their teams. I really love you all, and am so happy to be able to represent such an amazing set of crafting products which are also my favourites!:))
I wish you all a Fantastic New Year!!

Det kommer fra fjorårets kolleksjon "So Jolly & Under the Mistletoe Collection 2009".
{Du kan også se boksen i Magnoliabloggen min}
Ha en fortsatt herlig jul, og takk for at du besøker bloggen min!:)

DT Maja Design~Frøjdefull Jul:)

Ohh only one day left...:) Can't belive it is the day before Christmas already!! But it is so good to have some days off from work, and as you can imagine I uses the days crafting. Don't think I dropped any bomb there;) Hoho!
I am actually finishing some wedding invitations for my cousin that is going to get married next summer. They will get married and celebrate in Skagen, Denmark. So fortunately for me (who is making the invitations..) there will not be many invites, only 16 to make. The "lovebirds" have picked out one of my older cards, so I am copying. They are going to get married on the beach, so therefor they just loved the image of Tilda and Edwin who is standing barefoot in the sand:) Anyway, I will show you the cards when I am finished.
Now for this card! I have ofcourse used the utterly gorgeous papers from Maja Design again. They are from this year's Christmas Collection "Frøjdefull Jul".
The image is Magnolia's-Tilda with amaryllis. Amaryllis is at the moment my favourite flower at Christmas, I have one on the table in front of me:) If you look closely on the flowers you can see that I have added some Crackle Accents to them. Tilda is coloured with Distress Ink, in soft colours.
This card is not only a card, but a tea light card. I have once again used the tutorial that Marianne made for StampARTic.
I have used the Doily lace punch from Martha Stewart on the edges, and for the swirls I have used a DooHickey die from Magnolia. The shapes for the image is a Spellbinder die.
On the inside I have made the tags from a DooHickey Magnolia die.
This is such a lovely gift, so a huge thanks to Marianne who came up with the idea:))
To make the heart-opening I have drawn off a Spellbinder heart on the back of the paper, the cut it out with scissors.
{You can also view this card in my Magnolia blog}
Thank you so much for the lovely comments on my post yesterday!:)) You are all so lovely...
I wish you all a wonderful day, and I will be back with another Maja Design creation on Saturday.

BIG NEWS: Something about Maja Design DT:))

Oh I am so happy to tell you the big news!
 Maja Design has a new Design Team, and I am in it!!:)) Just look!
I can't belive that I am working together with these amazingly talented ladies!
My teamies;

Maja Design papers have always been one of my favourites since I first discovered them. I just love the style, colours and quality. So it is such a honour to be in the Design Team! Thank you Marie for asking me!
Here is the DT photo of me:)
The next couple of days I will show you some projects that I have made with the gorgeous papers.
First up is my latest card, Tilda with Fir.
For this card I have used some of Maja Design's newest papers, from the collection "Ska vi ta en fika".
The name of the papers here are: Kladdkaka, Chokoladmuffins and Kärleksmums.
I just love the brown tones, makes me want some chocolate;) Hmm... a bit dangerous!:))
The main image is from Magnolia-Tilda with Fir. She is coloured with Distress Ink, Reinkers. And for the brown I have used the colours Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain. She is stamped on Canson Water Colour paper 300g, with Archival Ink-Coffee. The sentiment is also from Magnolia (made with love). I have inked the paperedges with Walnut Stain, and sewed them with my sewing machine. I have added Stickles-Star Dust to her coat, and a bit faux snow on the tree.
On the edges I have used two stamps from Stempelglede-Vintage Garden. I have made some flowers of laces. I have just wrapped them around a pearl-brad, very easy to do:)
{You can also view this card in my Magnolia blog}
Tomorrow I will be at my grandmother together with my brothers and cousins to decorate her Christmas Tree, eat Christmas Cookies and drink Chocolate:) Mmmmm! This has been a tradition for 25 years. And this year will be the last... She will be moving to a small cottage next year, so she will not be able to have a big tree in there. A bit sad, but we have to enjoy tomorrow...
***
And I will also be back with another Maja Design project then:)
Thank you for visiting my blog, and have a lovely evening!
